IMPORTANT VISITORS TO THE SCHOOL
- Ma. Balakrishnanji, Vice President, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari visited the Vidyalaya on 22nd July 2011 and interacted with the students of classes IX, X, XI and XII and then with the teachers.
- Ma. Krishnappaji, Sr. Swayamsevak and Karyakarta and Member of Vivekananda Rock Memorial Management Committee, Kanyakumari visited the Vidyalaya on 15th July 2011. He interacted with the students of classes VI-XII, the teachers and the parents in two separate sessions.
- Sri P. N. Rajan, Nominee Chairman, VMC visited the Vidyalaya on 13th August 2011 and then went to Bisagaon Anandalaya (run by this Vidyalaya) on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
- Dr. T. G. K. Murthy, former ISRO scientist and currently Advisor to Department of Technology, Govt. of India, visited the Vidyalaya and interacted with the students and the teachers of the Vidyalaya in two separate sessions. He deliberated on topics ranging from ‘Swami Vivekananda: An Intuitive Scientist’ to ‘India’s journey into Space’.
